Blue
Train plays honky tonk the way it was meant to be played, blending rockabilly,
traditional country, and rock’n’roll in a pure and simple line-up
of guitars, pedal steel, vocals, and a thumping backbeat. Blue Train features
the songs of older country artists (Johnny Cash, Hank Williams) along with a
healthy dose of newer singers who keep country traditions alive (Dwight Yoakam,
George Strait), and much more. As some great American once said: “It don’t
mean a thang if it ain’t got that twang!”
